Description
Navigator Yachts were built in the USA in California, designed to be a comfortable boat with lots of interior space. “Moonlighter” has been used as a live aboard boat by the current owner so all systems have been maintained and used on a regular basis with many updates and improvements. The combination pilothouse galley is large enough to give ample room for meal preparation and has plentiful storage spaces. With twin engines, bow and stern thruster, handling at the dock is aided by the handheld remote control YACHT CONTROLLER. The owner has purchased another boat and is motivated to sell.
Additional Information
Main salon
Entrance to the main salon is from the 100 square foot cockpit by a stainless framed sliding door. The first impression is an open, light filled space enhanced by the high gloss birds eye maple interior, a light color wood that makes the main salon feel larger. The pilothouse galley area is partially open from the main salon increasing the open feeling. There is a built-in curved couch to the starboard side with storage below the adjacent coffee table. Since the television is at the forward end of the salon rather than the side, a TV viewer can stretch out on the couch. There are two barrel chairs and ottomans all with storage, located to the port side. The high gloss wooden coffee table can be raised and a leaf extended for dining when wanted. At the aft bulkhead next to the sliding door is the boat’s main electric panel for easy access from the cockpit when switching to shore or generator power. The windows, with custom bamboo blinds, are large and placed low enough so that when sitting inside a good view of passing boats is enabled. For night time there is a completely programable interior lighting system to set different mood lights that can be turned on/off at different times that extends to the flybridge. Multiple storage cabinets line the port side and the television and entertainment center are forward. The 40-inch Westinghouse television is on a power lift with remote control to drop out of sight when not being used. The television has Apple TV with blue tooth sound receiver into a Bose Lifestyle Sound System with 5 surround sound speakers with sub -woofer for an amazing sound experience. A Raritan ice maker is located here also.
Galley and pilothouse
Three stairs lead up to the galley /pilothouse area with large windows all around. Instead of a bulkhead dividing the salon from the galley much of the salon is still visible from the galley. The countertops and table are easy care Corian, with double sinks that have a Moen retractable faucet and garbage disposal. There is a rack for storage of wine glass below one of the cabinets. To the port side is a large apartment size GE refrigerator with top freezer finished with maple fascia and a custom spice rack installed on one side. A curved couch with dining table with retractable added counter space, plus under seat storage allows seating for four people easily. Other appliances include a Sharp microwave/convection oven, three burner ceramic cooktop, Broan trash compactor and Doulton fresh water filtration system. The floor is light high gloss wood.
This area is also the lower steering station with a sliding door to access the bow, and stairs below to the forward guest cabins and laundry area. The helm chair is FlexSteel electric adjustable. Electronics include Garmin 1242 Multi-Function Display chart plotter, depth, autopilot, engine gauges, bow and stern thruster controls, windlass control, VHF and more.
Master stateroom
Access to the master is from the main salon for added privacy and separation from the two forward guest cabins that are accessed from the pilothouse. The bed is an off-center queen with full walk around, to make it easy to make the bed and easy to get into the bed from both sides. The same light color high gloss maple wood is used to lighten the interior along with four portholes and custom programable LED lighting. An unusual feature is a full desk area that can be used for a home office and/or vanity. There is a 34’ Westinghouse TV with the Apple TV system and a DVD Blu Ray player. Multiple storage cabinets, under berth drawers, and two hanging closets give plenty of storage availability. The ensuite head has Corian countertop and flooring with a walk-in shower stall.
Guest cabins
The guest cabins finished in the same high gloss maple, are forward, totally separated from the master with their own stairs from the galley pilothouse area. There is a stacking washer and separate dryer in its own closet. The VIP cabin has a centerline queen island berth, with storage below and multiple storage cabinets. A 32’ Philips TV with Apple TV system is wall mounted here. The third stateroom has upper and lower bunks, always a favorite for kids. There is a full head with stall shower to be shared by both cabins.
Flybridge
Access to the flybridge is from an interior wooden staircase leading to a well-designed area for enjoying the open air while at the dock, at anchor, or underway. There is a Bimini top extending from the forward windshield to the radar arch and a second sun shade of matching material aft of the arch. The decking is Nuteak artificial teak for easy care and low maintenance. The upper helm is located to the starboard side and has t two-person bench seat along with a small platform that has a seat cushion or could be used as a table for snacks or lunches.
Aft are two curved benches that easily seat 6 guests. The benches have an opening in the center for easy access to the dinghy and life raft. The dinghy is a 2004 13’5” Novurania with 50 HP Yamaha launched by a Brower 800-pound capacity davit with steel cable.

Two Amcrest IP4M-1028 cameras, that can record, are mounted to each side of the stainless-steel sliding door frame. There is an access hatch for entrance to the engine room along with another entrance from the main salon. Over the entire cockpit is a sun shade.
Foredeck
There is a sliding aluminum door on the starboard side of the pilothouse leading to the foredeck with high stainless-steel rails. The Muir VR VRC 2200 anchor windlass has foot controls plus controls at the upper and lower helm. The anchor is a Delta Plow with 160’ of chain and 300’ of nylon rode.
