Accommodations
94’ ADVENTURE US II WALKTHROUGH
This one-owner yacht accommodates 9 owners and guests in 4 staterooms including an on-deck master suite and a full VIP suite below.
There are three full crew cabins aft that can accommodate 5-6 with two full heads.
The yacht features a walk-around main deck with access from two boarding gates on the port side and two boarding gates on the starboard side. In addition, you can board from the swim platform with a staircase to the aft deck on the starboard side.
The custom-designed interior décor was created by Yacht Interiors by Shelley in Fort Lauderdale and a complete description of the materials and design criteria is available as an attachment.
On the main deck, the primary wood is a Bird’s Eye Maple with a Dark Walnut stain contrasting with light accents and lots of natural lighting while on the lower cabin deck everything is lighter woods, fabrics, and granite which give an open feeling. The enclosed air-conditioned bridge deck is finished in white gel coat fiberglass which gives the sensation of being outdoors with oversize windows and bright fun colors on the seats and flooring.
THE MAIN DECK
ON DECK MASTER SUITE –
Located forward with a king-sized berth, two walk-in closets and two full-length hanging lockers, slide-out drawers under the bed and in cabinets, and a large Vanity with stool on the port side.
FULL GALLEY –
The Starboard Passageway leads to a full yacht galley on the port side and there is an exterior entry door across on the starboard side. Appliance details in the specification list. Aft of the galley on the starboard side is the large day head.
DINING AREA –
The formal dining area has an insert that allows for up to ten guests> There are full-height cabinets for glassware dishes, etc. as well as large storage lockers.
MAIN SALON –
The main salon has a comfortable sofa with three club chairs as well as two armchairs and two padded stools. The full entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV and stereo system is located in the aft starboard corner and there is a walk-up bar unit on the port side. There are tall windows in the salon port and starboard but still retaining the storage cabinets which are lacking in so many European designs today that go for form over function.
AFT DECK –
There is a beautiful varnished table with an inlay that seats ten. There is a fold-down mid-section in the table that allows for easy access during the cocktail hour. To port is a refrigerator and storage cabinet as well as storage lockers and even storage under the bench seat. There is a flip-down flat-screen TV built into the overhead. There are boarding gates port and starboard and the outdoor stairs to the flybridge area on the starboard side as is the stairs down to the swim platform. (There are two additional boarding gates forward of the midsection.)
BOW DECK –
There is a four-person bench settee facing forward, storage lockers, and a large bosun’s locker on the port side. There is full access to dual anchor systems which can be operated from the deck or the flybridge.
THE ENCLOSED BRIDGE DECK
HELM AREA –
The console height is designed so that the visibility is excellent from the helm both standing and sitting. There is full access under the console for service as well as storage. There is a hard-wired Glendenning remote control unit stored under the helm. There are two adjustable Stidd helm chairs and a raised settee facing forward that can seat 4 people. The forward staircase to the main deck is located to starboard.
UPPER COCKTAIL / DINING AREA –
On the port side is the large double dining area. When the flip-up sections are raised and the extra folding teak chairs brought out of storage you can seat 14 people. Counting the 6 bar stools and the 4-person bench seat, that’s seating for 24 people. What a party boat for a family wedding or anniversary!
BAR AREA –
The bar unit is topped with granite and is fully equipped with an icemaker, refrigerator, sink, and lots of storage. There are six mounted bar stools with backs and footrests and a large flat-screen TV is mounted on a swing-out bracket at the end of the bar.
DAY HEAD –
There is a full day head with a port light on the starboard side of the bridge aft of the bar.
UPPER SUN DECK –
The 14’ A-B inflatable tender is mounted athwartships on the sun deck. The davit offers discharge from the stern or the starboard side of the vessel. The chocks are removable and the tender can be mounted fore and aft if desired. There is a covered outdoor grill unit on the port side and a storage cabinet with a freezer unit on the starboard side. The staircase to the aft deck blow is on the starboard side.
LOWER CABIN DECK
VIP SUITE –
A full king-size berth is mounted on the centerline with drawers and a large center storage compartment. The full bathroom to port has double sinks and a large walk-in shower. There are large hanging lockers port and starboard as well as a full walk-in closet to the starboard side.
LAUNDRY CENTER –
The walk-in laundry center has a washer, two dryers, room for an ironing board, and storage shelves and lockers.
PORT GUEST CABIN (3 BERTHS) –
This cabin was designed with three berths for the owner’s granddaughters. Two of the berths can be put together to make a queen bed. There is a large walk-in closet forward and full head aft with a sink and vanity, a full-sized toilet, and a shower unit outboard with large port light.
STARBOARD GUEST CABIN –
In this cabin, the twin bunks can be put together as a queen berth. There is a hanging locker forward and there is and full head aft with sink and vanity, a full-sized toilet, and a shower unit outboard with large port light.
ENGINE ROOM –
Is accessed from the crew area with a watertight bulkhead and contains engines, generators, the watermaker, and breaker panels. See detailed equipment list. Note that all equipment is accessible for service and inspections.
CREWS QUARTERS –
The crew area sleeps 5 and this yacht is normally operated with a crew of three – a captain, a mate, and a cook/stewardess. The captain’s cabin is starboard and has a private head. There is a single berth cabin to port, then a shared head, and finally a third cabin with upper and lower bunks. There is a stack washer/dryer unit for the ship’s laundry as well.
