OFF THE GRID is a 2015 Hatteras 45 EX and is the  two stateroom popular layout with the Caterpillar C18s rated at 1150 hp with only 815 hours. OFF THE GRID has been maintained with an open checkbook and is equipped with a full tower and upper controls and outriggers.The boat is in excellent condition and shows the blue hull color. The large cockpit is fitted with Freezer, electric grill,rocket launcher, ,two large fish boxes and lots of storage the helm area is fully air conditioned and has the optional 3 helm chair layout. There is a full Simrad electronic package with two 16inch displays for bottom sounder, radar , plotter vessel information. There is also the upgraded 6 ft open array radar antenna located on hardtop.The helm has the popular Palm beach style single lever controls with controls for the Sidepower bow thruster. There are two electric teaser reels located recessed in the hardtop.There is a separate ice maker, refrigerator and tackle drawers located along the starboard side of the helm. The engine access is located through a hatch center line in the helm deck area.  
OFF THE GRID  accomodations are the preferred two stateroom layout with a dual entry for the head.The master stateroom is forward with a queen size bed mounted centerline and direct access to the head. The guest stateroom with private door and over/under bunks and storage cabinet is located to port.The l-shaped seating and dinette is located on the port side  with overhead cabinets for storage. The galley to starboard has a very large counter area , two under counter freezers and two under counter refrigerators, sink, microwave and lots of cabinet storage below counter. The breaker panel is located in the salon at eye level for easier viewing. 
The workmanship and wiring is of Hatteras quality. The boat performance is incredible for a boat of this size. 34/35 knot cruise ,40+ top with a ride of a boat twice this size. Excellent access inside and engine room making routine maintenance a pleasure for any owner.
