Vessel Walk Through
Princess Yachts is the premier builder of luxury yachts and sets the standard for fine craftsmanship and design. This one owner 2016 Princess 52 Flybridge is in mint condition and extremely well cared for. Her high gloss walnut interior, high end fabrics and décor exudes luxury. The extra large side windows and sliding glass entry doors provide a panoramic view. All of the exterior glass has a solar film installed to reduce heat transfer. The galley aft is exactly what owners are looking for and make entertaining a pleasure. She has a massive full beam master stateroom with huge hull windows and ensuite head. The VIP stateroom forward features a queen size centerline berth and private entry to the guest head. The third stateroom features twin berths that slide together to make a full size berth. The salon features a love seat to starboard and large dinette to port with a high/low table that serves as a coffee table or a large dining table. Her galley is fully equipped and includes two refrigerators and a separate freezer. Included is Princess China, coffee cups, silverware, stemware and high ball glasses for 6 place setting
The aft cockpit has a teak sole and is protected by the extended bridge. A large lounge with teak dining table provide yet another comfortable area to relax or dine. The massive flybridge is ideal for entertaining and enjoying the view. Seating for 10-12 adults and another large teak dining table. The wet bar includes and electric grill (in like new condition) sink and storage compartments. There is a refrigerated cool box next to the helm. The flybridge is protected by a carbon fiber hardtop with EZ2CY enclosures. Also included with this fine yacht is a 10.5 AB hard bottom inflatable with 20HP outboard which is stored on the hydraulic swim platform. Another awesome feature is the wireless yacht controller which enables you to dock the boat from anywhere on the vessel. One pair of Veem propellers are stored in the engine room.
