Accommodations

JENNA is the SX (Saloon Express) version of the Eastbay 49, featuring a two-stateroom, two-head arrangement. The galley is down opposite a large U-shaped settee with Hi/Lo table for dining. Interior joinery is high-quality varnished teak with teak and holly sole throughout. As part of the upgraded sound-proofing efforts, the main salon sole has no penetrations into the engine room, resulting in an incredibly quiet cruising experience. 

Opening ports and overhead hatches (all with OceanAir shade and screen combination) along with side opening windows in the salon and side door at the helm all provide plenty of natural ventilation throughout the boat. The side opening windows, helm side door and aft door all have retractable roller screens, and the side and aft main salon windows have custom blinds. Air conditioning has been upgraded with two 32,000 BTU dedicated to the main salon that cools the boat quickly and easily.

The master stateroom is forward featuring a centerline island berth with 2 deep storage drawers beneath. Additional storage is outboard with full-length, cedar-lined hanging lockers aft, port and starboard. Direct entry to the master head is aft to port, and the ensuite separate stall shower aft to starboard.

The guest stateroom is located to port and features two athwartship single berths with storage drawers beneath, and a cedar-lined hanging locker in between.

The spacious U-shaped galley is to port, opposite a U-shaped settee with Hi/Lo dining table and TV viewing.

The salon is up and aft from the galley, with exterior access through the aft cockpit or starboard side helm door. Upgraded power double STIDD seats are located for both helm and passenger. Aft to port is the large L-shaped settee with storage below and a teak Hi/Lo table that can be used as a dining or coffee table with folding leaves. Opposite to starboard is a barrel chair and large bureau. 

The cockpit is accessed through the transom door at the swim platform and features an aft-facing bench seat forward with easy access to the side decks on either side. A swing-up door opens to the engine room for easy access and there is hatch access to the lazarette for storage. Hot and cold shower and shoreside water inlet is located on the aft bulkhead along with TV/Cable inlet, additional shore power inlet, and a Glendinning Cablemaster shore cord. A custom Bimini also comes with the boat to offer shade protection in the cockpit.
