Walk Through
BLEEK offers a spacious cockpit with built-in aft seating and teak table, as well as forward aft-facing seating. There are storage lockers port and starboard aft outboard, a centerline large lazarette, and two outboard smaller lazarettes for plentiful storage. A cockpit docking station is forward to port with full controls. On the aft coaming access from the swim platform are dual Kenyon electric grills and an insulated storage locker. Her swim platform is nice and wide and has three stainless steel stable rails for easy, safe transit. These are removable, as needed with custom storage a socket on the outboard rail..
Going forward, both port and starboard, are wide sidedecks to easily transition from bow to stern with high grab rails and bow rail surrounding the deck. On the foredeck, at the anchor platform, you can operate the windlass from this location or from either steering station. There is a large deck locker that will easily hold four fenders and extra dock lines. Port and starboard boarding gates make access from any dock very easy. In the large center lazarette is the Dometic watermaker/Spot Zero, as well as plentiful storage.
Entering the salon, the galley is U-shaped and to port with an aft opening electric window that joins the cockpit to the salon area. This makes entertaining a breeze. The galley is fully equipped with all the appliances of home Miele dishwasher, Sub Zero freezer drawers, Miele speed oven, and Miele induction cooktop. To starboard directly across from the port galley are two Sub Zero refrigerators and a trash compactor. Above the galley there are two drop-down overhead lockers with an abundance of storage that stows up and out of the way. Moving forward to starboard is a straight settee. On the port side is a large L-settee with two ottomans when you flip over the top they make into two smaller tables with storage inside.
Forward to starboard is the lower helm station with side access to the starboard deck to make docking even easier. The sight lines at this helm are very good as the yacht essentially has minimal bow rise. The two Garmin 8617 screens have all the options including radar, depth sounder, Satellite weather, SAT TV, FLIR night vision camera and more. Twin Disc bow and stern thruster controls and joystick are here for convenient maneuvering. The Seakeeper 9 Gyro is operated from this station as well. To the port side is a large companion benchseat, so four adults can comfortably sit at this helm station while the yacht is in operation.
Down three steps to port is the large and extremely well-appointed master stateroom featuring an island master berth, large en suite head with separate stall shower, separate dressing area with cedar-lined hanging locker, hull side port and overhead hatches for natural light and ventilation, and additional storage and comforts.
The forward VIP guest stateroom offers a very low berth compared to most other boats, so you can walk-in and sit right down on the bed without any difficulty. It is comfortable, wide, straight and easy to make. This stateroom also has an overhead opening hatch and ports for natural light and ventilation, as well as plentiful storage in numerous drawers and a hanging locker.
From the VIP you can see her transom. The Grand Banks 60 has a very low profile and center of gravity. Transitioning throughout her interior is very easy with just the few steps.
Heading aft on the starboard side is the guest head featuring a separate stall shower, freshwater Tecma Plus head, mirrored cabinets, storage drawers and more.
The guest stateroom is located to starboard at the base of the companionway and offers two single berths, each in its own private section. The upper section has one large single berth with storage below. Head down a step further aft and you have another separate large single berth. When you first enter this stateroom, the Miele Washer/Dryer full-size stacked units are enclosed in a forward teak cabinet.
The spacious flybridge is easily accessed from a starboard side aft deck staircase. Moving to the forward section of the flybridge is a large L-settee with teak table to port and two STIDD helmseats forward. The seating area is very generous and comfortably seats ten. To starboard is a wet bar with refrigeration, sink, large countertop and ample storage below. Standing at this helm station, looking straight down, you can see the entire bow so vision driving the boat could not be any better. This station features two additional Garmin 8617 screens along with all instrumentation as found at the lower helm.
The beautifully finished custom hardtop covers this area with recessed lighting above and courtesy lights below. Moving aft on the flybridge is a large centerline sunbed which also has spacious storage below. Stainless steel railing surrounds the aft end of the flybridge for safety and comfort. There are removable tender chocks, a Steelhead 1000 LB davit, and AB Alumina 12 ALX with Yamaha 30hp.
